a Gothic Fantasy Role Play that revolves around Vampires, Were Animals, Humans and their struggle for survival. But we have put our own little twist on things, with a post apocalyptic plot where the players decide what will happen. With a selection of more than just Vampires, Were's and Humans, its all out war. The Plague has swept down on the Supernatural races, a man made Virus that has decided to do things it's own way.
We are an intermediate to advanced Role Play that provides a different kind of Role play experience. We are open to Beginners and all levels of Role Play, so don't be intimidated. We don't bite... Much.

Often days cloudy with a chance of light showers. Most trees stand naked, devoid of trees. Winter is just around the corner.
Current Status:
The city is flourishing with Humans and Hunters and the Vampires and Were Animals have currently gone into hiding, the war has calmed and is currently at a stand still. The Virus has mutated, and the Plagued are beginning to make an appearance in the Supernatural world. It's the calm before the storm.

THREAD GRAVEYARD. Threads that are completed or become idle for a duration more than two weeks will be stored here. These threads are locked, and not to be posted on.

CHARACTER BUILDING. Build a character here. Use the provided template and start here before looking at any of the Role Play boards. Once you complete a registration, wait for a staff members approval, and then get the party started!

DEAD AND UNWANTED CHARACTERS. Here is where all profiles of Dead and Unwanted Characters will be stored. If you would like to Restore your character in a new Application, that is fine. THE SCHOOL. The largest and most well known school within the city. Though there are a few small private schools, this is where most students attend. Terrace District High is a large three floor building with a large koi pond and fountain in the courtyard. It is surrounded by a lush green wall of trees and on the east side of the school, a large field. All grades attend here.
THE SUBWAY STATION. The main transit system for the system, underground as well as above ground. The Subway system runs throughout the core of the city, but stops that the City Limits. From there on it is City Buses. The subway trains are quite large, and hold a high capacity of people, so it is a rare occasion that they are too full.
CENTRAL CITY PARK. The largest and by far most grand park in the city, blanketed in a thick lush layer of trees and soft green grass. This is by far the most vegetation found within the city itself, similar to a forest found within its core. A river runs through the central of the park, slowly meandering through the city towards the lakes location outside the city limits. The park is laced with multiple trails, and is truly something to admire, human or not. But anything could lurk within its confines.
THE MALL. A large building with a vast networks of shops and different kinds of stores built for all sorts of purchaces. With impressive architecture it is a specticle to admire within the metaphoric 'belly of the beast'. Nocturne Plaza is the best place in the city to go to find what you need, it being the largest source of available retail items and resources. Not to mention the multiple fountains, elegant lighting and multiple floors, this is the perfect place for a paycheck blowing shopping spree.
THE HOTEL. Reaching for the sky is an elegant and grand nine story hotel. Welcome to a vast array of choices and options as to what style and size of room or suite that's available. Within the hotel elegant, modern restaurants, pools, hot tubs and much more are offered to paying customers. With a large selection of rooms and styles, this place is well known for its sinful parties and wild get togethers put on by those looking for a good time. Perhaps it's not just a place to sleep, for those who can't sleep.
THE CAFE. A modern day Japanese styled Cafe that is open 24/7. Night, day, it doesn't matter what time it is, this place will be open. Alluring aromas of Caffeine and Fresh cooked food drifts from the doors every now and then. The decor is elegant and welcoming, and very impressive and appealing to the eyes of daywalkers and nightwalkers alike. Being one of the most exclusive Cafe's in the city, it has quite a lot of business. But not just humans like to enjoy this unique place.
THE BAR. A sleek modern design with elegant lighting. This is no place for bar flies to hang around, this too is a high end bar, with moderate prices, open to anyone who can afford it. Midnight sun is open late in the evening, until the light hours of the early morning. With the array of different kinds of drinks, sin just begs you to take a seat and drown out the world. Pick your Poison.
NIGHT CLUB. Take a ride on the wild side and check out one of the city's most popular night clubs. Prowl is a high end, exclusive night club with a Punk Gothic decor, done with an elegant touch. As high end as it may be, even the less financially fortunate people can hangout here and have a good time. The music pulses with a life of it's own, luring you to join a night of sin and enjoyment. Though their hours are always late nights until dawn, there is always business. And not to mention; humans aren't the only ones who like to have some late night fun.
RESIDENTIAL AREA. Seemingly tranquil and calm, this district houses both the humans and the creatures that they despise. Intended to be a peaceful sanctuary, it has instead literally forced the war too close to home. Distrust and disloyalty pass from one house to the next like a disease, slowly forcing the community towards violent upheaval.
THE FOREST. Bordering the Aspen District, this dark and mysterious forest is a natural hunting ground for many a predator. Lacking much natural light, it seems to possess a foreboding and enigmatic essence. It seems to be a welcome place for privacy, a place where you can lose yourself in the night.
THE GRAVEYARD. An antediluvian place, housing the bodies of fallen comrades and foes alike. The air wreaks of death and decay as corpses slowly rot away down to bone and then to dust. This venerable cometary seems to be calling you, pulling and reaching for you like an unholy monstrosity.
THE SLUMS. Located just beyond the graveyard, the slums are run down and not all that pretty. Homes here are falling apart, cheap and abandoned, screaming for attention to water lawns, do repairs, renovations, anything. This is the "Bad" part of town, usually where lower class people live, unable to afford a more high end residence within the city, near down town. The Slums are quite a distance away from the core of the city. Who knows who lurks on these grounds. Anything goes.
THE SEWAGE SYSTEM. Sick with the miasma of disease, this sewer violently repels any being with a nose. Filled with items that were discarded because their hackneyed and useless, or because someone had a secret they didn't want to share. This sewer houses vermin and disease worthy of any beings disgust.
THE HARBOR. Shady and intriguing, the harbor carries both the smell of the sea air and the stench of criminal activites and corruption. The taverns rock with noise and excitement, masking the felonies going on in back alley's and shady corners. By day, this area is seemingly a quaint and active, bustling with activity. But at night it undergoes a transformation, becoming adumbral and tempting, begging you to lose yourself in sin.
THE SHORELINE. Welcome to the Beach! Just east of the harbor lay a picture of perfection, worthy of publicity. This is the public beach, open to anyone who wishes to pay a visit. On sunny hot days it provides a perfect way to cool down. In the Morning, or at Night, it is a perfect sight to watch as the sun or the moon rises, glittering on the surface of the dancing water. The sand is soft, and devoid of rocks, perfect for walks in the evening, no?
THE ARENA. A large stone arena built underground, known only to those who are criminals, or have a Chaotic Alighnment. It is like a large stadium, built for Sparring in character. These spars do not at all effect the Role Playing experience on all the other In Character boards.
THE RUINS. Once the heart of the city, that was grand and bustling. Though it fell victim to the war only a few years ago, as the humans were wiped out the city became a war zone, broken down by the conflicts within its limits. Over the years the walls began to crumble and decay. Once a grand and populated city, it is now just a large deserted wasteland only a mile away from the new city that had recently been established. Those who survived the way underground would find only reminants of memories here.
ENTERTAINMENT. Anything can happen here, out of character games, rants, anything pertaining to entertainment. Our playlist is also located here, feel free to request songs for our mini player!
